We hope everyone is doing well and enjoying some warmer weather! Over the past two months things have been pretty busy between traveling and ministry.

If you couldn’t tell by the greeting, we just got back from Australia! 😉

Some of our team has family in Australia, so we got to tag along and also had a lot of ministry work planned during the trip! But before we spoil anymore, here’s a recap of what God has done this past month:

During our time in Australia, The Lord strengthened our spirits, grew us (both personally and as a couple) and drew us closer to Him. We had the opportunity to link up with a group of believers who were boldly sharing the gospel on their college campus. Praise God! This was such a humbling time for us to learn new and creative ways to reach others with the gospel. We interacted with people from all walks of life and even different religious backgrounds. One of the biggest joys during our time was being able to share the gospel with a sweet college girl, who we found out loves Jesus too – yay! We were able to connect her to a body of believers on her campus. We strived to be bold in offering up prayer to the people God placed around us; including our Uber driver, Aussies in coffee shops, and even people in the airport!

E3 Partners Retreat

After many long hours of traveling, we finally landed in Dallas to join the rest of the Barcelona team at a retreat with our mission organization, E3 Partners. We were surrounded by other missionaries all over the world who had the same vision of reaching the lost. The weekend was filled with fellowship, encouragement, and spurring each other on. We’re so honored to serve our King Jesus alongside our brothers and sisters in Christ!

Austin Ministry

After returning from the E3 retreat, we immediately dove right back into ministry here in Austin. We recently started a new community group in our home that focuses on equipping the believers at our church simple tools to share their faith and to make healthy disciples. We’ve been incredibly blessed to witness their boldness in proclaiming the gospel and living out the Great Commission in their workplaces, in their neighborhoods and with their friends & families. They have so many great stories of what God has already done through their obedience! Stay tuned for next month’s newsletter 😉

As we wrap up our time here in Austin, we have a couple prayer requests. Please pray for…

  • The visa process to run smoothly (lots paperwork = lots of chaos)
  • Our team to be fully funded by the end of April
  • Strength during hard times, (emotionally and physically) as we leave behind all comforts and move away from friends and family

We are so excited to see what God has in store for us as we get ready to launch to Barcelona in a few weeks! If you have any prayer requests, please respond to this email – we would love to pray for y’all! 🙂
